1. Service

AIIStack provides source-backed information about AI companies and markets, including public company profiles, comparisons, activity records, market views, scores, and private workspace tools for tracking, alerts, and reports. AIIStack is an information service, not investment, legal, or procurement advice.

2. Sources, scores, and automated interpretation

Public records and summaries may be collected or derived from attributed third-party sources. Automated systems may help extract, summarize, or classify information. Sources can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, so users should review the linked evidence before making a decision. Methodology and corrections are described in the methodology FAQ.

Payment cannot buy a higher public ranking, score, confidence value, market position, or editorial outcome. A company claim or customer relationship does not remove the evidence requirement.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, keeping workspace access current, and using the service lawfully. Do not probe other tenants, submit deceptive evidence, upload secrets, abuse provider integrations, or use AIIStack to access systems or data without authorization.

4. Paid subscriptions

Self-serve billing must remain disabled until the final subscription, cancellation, refund, tax, trial, invoice, renewal, and failure-recovery terms have been reviewed and match the configured checkout and billing portal. When paid service is enabled, the applicable price and renewal interval must be shown before purchase. Stripe processes payment details; AIIStack stores provider identifiers and subscription state needed to administer access.

5. Intellectual property and source rights

AIIStack does not claim ownership of third-party source material. Company names, marks, linked pages, and source excerpts remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable source terms. Users retain rights in content they lawfully provide, while granting AIIStack only the permission needed to operate the requested workspace or review a submitted correction.

6. Suspension, deletion, and changes

AIIStack may restrict access needed to address abuse, security, legal, or service-integrity risks. Final account deletion, data retention, notice, and dispute language remains a launch blocker pending approved policy and complete product flows. Material revisions should be published with a real revision date and notice where required.
